A world without beauty would be unbearable. From experiencing the quiet rhythms of nature, or the sweetness and silliness of our pet’s antics, laughing with friends, deep listening, to daily acts of kindness; beauty is requisite for our well‐being.
Recently my husband and I did a fantastic hike on the west side of Mount Hood. The views were stunning, wild flowers filled the open meadows, ravens soared above on the thermals. We couldn’t help but take frequent stops to appreciate and breathe in the beauty that was all around us (okay okay, maybe to catch our breath too!).
